Epilepsy conferences and seminars
Epilepsy Action conferences and seminars provide the opportunity to meet other people living with epilepsy, listen to informative presentations about epilepsy and are very often interactive with a chance for anyone to ask questions or give input.
Seminars are either half day or evening events and include some time to network informally over light refreshments. The number of places available at seminars is limited and are allocated on a first come, first served basis. A small fee is charged to cover the cost of the refreshments.
Conferences provide an opportunity for people with epilepsy and their families to update themselves on the latest developments. The conferences also provide an opportunity to meet other people with the condition, to meet and talk to Epilepsy Action staff, branch members and the possibility of speaking to an expert (nurse or consultant for example). Lunch and refreshments are provided and there is access to free literature about many aspects of epilepsy. Conferences usually last a full day.
This page is updated when booking forms and new information about the conferences arrive. If a booking form is available, please click on the name of the location to download the form.
