This permission lasts five years from the date of submission. Material once published may continue to be available for longer than this.

By submitting this form you give Epilepsy Action the right to use this for all general purposes, without limitation.

This includes use in our online and printed materials, fundraising materials, social media, TV programmes, radio, promotional films, and sharing with the press (publications).
