Why volunteer with us?

We have a variety of  volunteering opportunities that can easily fit around your timetable and busy schedule. Your experience volunteering with us will help you to develop transferable skills and demonstrate a wider social consciousness.  Giving  you something unique and interesting to add to your CV, personal statement or to talk about in job interviews.

Volunteering can help you to take a break from studying and to connect with other volunteers, expanding your social circle. You’ll become part of our amazing volunteer community all whilst helping to raise awareness and support more people living with epilepsy.

How would you like to volunteer?

We have a volunteer role for you, whether you have a little or lots of time to spare.  If you have  lived experience of epilepsy or none at all, we haves roles for you and would love you to join us.

I would like to volunteer flexibly

If you want to help raise awareness and promote our work online or in your local community, these roles are the perfect match. These roles are flexible, allowing you to pick and choose when you volunteer.

I would like to volunteer regularly

If you feel able to volunteer on a regular basis, our roles  supporting people with epilepsy are ideal.  Depending on the role you could be volunteering online or in the community.

I have lived experience of epilepsy

If you have lived experience of epilepsy, these roles will be just right for you. You might be involved in reviewing health information or making a valuable contribution to research projects. You’ll be volunteering online, picking the time and days that suit you.
