Being diagnosed with epilepsy can be a lonely and isolating experience. Our Talk and support groups offer a place for people to meet other people with epilepsy to share experiences, advice and companionship.

What to expect
We are slowly reintroducing our face-to-face Talk and support groups.
These groups are an opportunity to meet others in your area who are also affected by epilepsy.
Our virtual groups are open to anyone in the UK who is over 18.
