London to Brighton Cycle Ride 2025

On Sunday 14 September 2025 join the thousands of cyclists riding 55 miles from London to Brighton. Leave London behind and cycle your way through the Surrey and Sussex countryside before reaching Brighton seafront. Make a difference for people living with epilepsy.

Event Overview

This 55 mile iconic cycle route can be achieved by newbies and experienced riders. From London, cycle along quiet country lanes passing through Mitcham, Carshalton, Chipstead, Banstead and Haywards Heath before taking on the challenge that is Ditchling Beacon – a mile long climb to the top of the South Downs!

Registration fee: £55
Minimum sponsorship target: £150; or raise £300 to receive a free branded cycling jersey

Bike Transport

The event organiser offers a bike and coach transport service at the end of the ride to take you and your bike back to the start point in Clapham from Brighton. Places on this service are limited and are expected to sell out. The cost is £50 per person and you will need a personalised booking link to book your place.
