The difference you can make
By walking 150km in a month, you’ll be supporting more people like Rhiain who was diagnosed with temporal lobe epilepsy 13 years ago. Rhiain turned to our online support groups when she felt cut off from the world around her.
“The groups are great – you get a real sense of connection. People recognise what you’re going through and understand. It’s a place where people can share questions and support and you know you’re in a place where people just get it.”
Your fundraising will help make sure this vital support is available for even more people who would otherwise feel as isolated as Rhiain did.

Angela's story
Angela took part in a sponsored walk to celebrate being 3 years seizure free.
“I decided to do a sponsored walk to celebrate being 3 years seizure free. 1,095 days meant walking 109.5 miles across the month to raise lots of funds along the way. Epilepsy Action is a charity very close to my heart and taking part in a walk to help others affected by epilepsy felt amazing!”
Take part on a different date
If the 150km challenge isn’t for you, why not consider organising a sponsored walk on a different date.
You choose your route, the distance, date and who you walk with. Whatever works for you.
